Optimizing the intranet navigation for Novartis.

We have been mandated by Novartis in the process of relaunching their intranet to redesign the navigation blueprint.

Based on usage statistics, interviews with business partners and best practices we succeeded to streamline the navigation of over 50 disparate intranets into one homogeneous and optimized structure.
