Working at zweipunkt means thinking, shaping and growing with us.

How we work

Whether as a trainee or in consulting: with us, you work on projects that have an impact (okay, not always, but that's where we want to be). With tools that make sense. And with a team that is curious, honest and professional.

Data-driven, but people-centred.
We think analytically, but we work with people. Communication, trust and clarity are just as important to us as good data models.

Agile, but not dogmatic.
We work with sprints, tickets and check-ins. But always in such a way that they make our work better - not more complicated.

Independent, but never alone.
We give you responsibility early on. At the same time, you can always rely on your team - for knowledge, feedback and support.

Communication is key
We say what we think. And listen when others speak. We are direct, but always respectful. We make jokes, but we don't play games.

Growing together
For us, development doesn't happen in training slots - but in everyday life. Through projects, feedback, peer learning and personal initiative.

What we offer you

A hybrid working model with a lot of flexibility - because we believe that good work is not tied to fixed office hours. Five weeks' holiday (over 12 months), flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home are just as much a part of the package for us as a modern, well-equipped workplace in the heart of Basel.

You will meet a diverse, open and helpful team that welcomes you as you are and clients and partner agencies with whom we maintain long-term, often friendly relationships. Hierarchies are flat and communication is direct.

zweipunkt stands for an environment that challenges and encourages you - through projects with a clear impact, complex issues and a team that wants to grow together.

Sounds like the right environment for you?

And if you want to know more:

Here you can find out how our HR framework works and why you don't grow into a job with us, but rather into it.

The HR framework: We know and utilise our skills and continue to develop.

Our framework combines company goals with your personal development. It creates transparency about tasks, roles and expectations and ensures that your development does not happen by chance, but is supported in a targeted manner

At zweipunkt, we work on the basis of competences and roles. Sounds technical - but it's quite simple: we don't just look at what you've studied or how long you've been with us, but what you can do, how you think and where you want to go.

By competences, we mean what people can really do. They develop from personal characteristics, individual talents, acquired knowledge and experience - and their combination makes each person unique. It is precisely through this interplay that the potential unfolds that enables us as an agency to be innovative, dynamic and successful.

Our jobs consist of roles, flexibly combined, depending on strengths, goals and project context. You can be an analyst, consultant, project manager and source of inspiration for our team at the same time. (And: you may not fit into any of these roles)

We do not work with rigid career ladders, but with clear functional and development stages. This is based on regular assessments, honest feedback and joint target discussions. So that you know where you stand - and where you want to go.
