What you achieve with us

As a Data Engineer, you develop and operate scalable data infrastructures - with a clear goal: reliable, structured and activatable data flows.

You have a concrete impact in these areas:

Data Ingestion & Integration

  • You develop robust ELT/ETL processes based on Python, Cloud Functions, Dataform and Adverity.

  • You orchestrate data pipelines to connect and harmonise a wide variety of data sources - e.g. GA4, Adobe Analytics, Ads, Social, CRM, ERP or offline systems.

  • You structure data flows so that they are reliable, scalable and maintainable in the long term.

Data transformation & modelling

  • You model and manage data in Google BigQuery - scalable, high-performance and cost-optimised.
  • You design, implement and validate data-based logics, KPIs and aggregations that precisely map operational and strategic business processes - e.g. sessions, funnels or attribution models.
  • You think in terms of structures that grow with you - maintainable, efficient and practical. You don't just think technically, but always from a solution-orientated customer perspective.

Data Serving & Activation

  • You provide data specifically for analysis, reporting or activation - e.g. via structured views, snapshot tables or exports to target systems.

  • You work closely with analysts, BI developers and data scientists to make insights usable and activatable.

  • Optional: You support the visualisation of insights in Tableau or Power BI - in a target group-oriented and actionable way.

  • Optional: You support projects to activate marketing data, e.g. for retargeting, CRM personalisation or audiences in media platforms.

Consultancy & enablement

  • You will work closely with customers and projectmanagers, analyse requirements and develop data-supported solutions based on them.

  • You support analysts in the effective use of data, tools and technologies.

  • You document your architecture, pipelines and KPIs clearly and maintainably.

Co-creation, project responsibility & community

  • You take responsibility for (sub)projects and work closely with projectmanagers and other stakeholders, actively contributing to the progress and success of the project.

  • You actively contribute your experience to the further development of our processes, tools and standards - professionally, methodically and culturally.

  • You follow current developments in the areas of data architecture, modelling and activation and get involved in specialist communities - e.g. through meetups, conferences or internal knowledge formats.
