Working at zweipunkt means: thinking, shaping and growing together.

How we work

Data-driven, but people-centred.
We think analytically, but we work with people. Communication, trust and clarity are just as important to us as good data models.

Agile, but not dogmatic.
We work with sprints, tickets and check-ins. But always in a way that makes our work better – not more complicated.

Independent, but never alone. With
us, you are given responsibility early on. At the same time, you can always rely on your team for knowledge, feedback and support.

Communication is key
We say what we think. And we listen when others speak. We are direct, but always respectful. We make jokes, but we don't play games.

Growing together At our
company, development doesn't happen in training slots – it happens in everyday life. Through projects, feedback, peer learning and personal initiative.

What we offer you

A hybrid working model with plenty of flexibility – because we believe that good work is not tied to fixed office hours. Five weeks of holiday (over 12 months), flexible working hours and the option to work from home are just as much a part of our culture as a modern workplace in the heart of Basel.

You will meet a diverse, open and helpful team that welcomes you for who you are, as well as clients and partner agencies with whom we maintain long-term, often friendly relationships. Hierarchies are flat and communication is direct.

zweipunkt stands for an environment that challenges and encourages you – through projects with a clear impact, complex issues and a team that wants to grow together.

And if you want to know even more:

Here you can find out how our HR framework works and why you won't just grow into a job with us, but grow alongside it.

The zweipunkt HR framework

Our framework links company goals with your personal development. It creates transparency about tasks, roles and expectations and ensures that your development is not left to chance, but is specifically supported.

At zweipunkt, we work on a competence and role-based basis. It sounds technical, but it's quite simple: we don't just look at what you studied or how long you've been with us, but what you can do, how you think and where you want to go.

By skills, we mean what people can really do. They develop from personal characteristics, individual talents, acquired knowledge and experience – and their combination makes each person unique. It is precisely this interplay that unlocks the potential that enables us as an agency to be innovative, dynamic and successful.

Our positions consist of roles that can be flexibly combined depending on strengths, goals and project context. You can be an analyst, consultant, project manager and source of inspiration for our team all at the same time. (And: you don't always have to fit into any of these roles.)

We don't work with rigid career ladders, but with clear functional and development levels. These are based on regular assessments, honest feedback and joint target discussions. So you know where you stand – and where you want to go.
