We’re looking for you – a bright mind with a passion for data and a taste for a challenge!

Traineeships with two different specialisations

Our traineeships differ in their focus: one is more closely aligned with digital users, web and app data, and marketing strategies. The other is more focused on data architecture, reporting and automation.

However, both traineeships lead to the same goal: you’ll learn how to use data to make informed decisions and achieve tangible results – and how data-driven working works in practice. And both will prepare you within six months for your role as a Junior Analyst & Consultant at zweipunkt.

Despite their different focuses, many methods, tools and projects overlap. You’ll gain insights into both areas, developing a holistic understanding of data processes. Our aim: to train you so that you don’t just contribute – but also contribute ideas, help shape the future and grow alongside us.

Our six-month traineeship prepares you for your start as a Junior Analyst & Consultant at zweipunkt. You will acquire the necessary analytics skills such as measuring, modelling, visualising and analysing data in practical use cases that build on each other. You will also learn how to use market-leading analytics technologies such as Google Analytics, Tableau and Tealium. You will practise customer contact and project management and use your talents to actively shape the future of our agency.

Please note that we offer two traineeships with a different focus.

Digital Analytics Traineeship

Almost every website has a goal – whether it’s selling clothes, taking out insurance policies or encouraging users to get in touch. But how well does that actually work? And how do people behave on the site?

In the Digital Analytics Traineeship, you’ll learn exactly how to make this visible. You’ll develop tracking concepts, configure tools such as Google Analytics or Tealium, and analyse the collected data to identify opportunities for optimisation – for example, in user experience, campaign management or product development. In short: you’ll learn how to make digital behaviour measurable and derive actionable recommendations from it.

Business Intelligence Internship

This traineeship focuses on how to structure, analyse and visualise a wide variety of data (online and offline) in a clear and understandable way. You’ll learn how to develop complex data models, create automated dashboards and integrate systems – for example, via APIs or ETL processes.

Whether it’s Google Cloud, Tableau or Python – you’ll use tools not just to build reports, but to create a solid basis for decision-making. You’ll understand how to prepare data and how to use the right visualisations to bring clarity where others see only numbers.
